Shipping Charges
In US and Canada, we charge a flat rate of $12.00 for cosmetic and accessory purchases. For international orders for single items it is $16 and. Shipping includes insurance and tracking. Large items will be charged actual shipping charges through your carrier choice. International Shipping charges are the rates through www.canadapost.com.

US Delivery - order delivery within 5-8 business days from ship date.

Canada Delivery - order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date.

Please Note: All Mira Herbal Cosmetics Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days - Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping and handling. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for any other Mira herbals products at an equal or lesser value less the cost of shipping and handling.

When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned or exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.

Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

In Canada, please send your return by insured Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

You have a full 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at miraherbals@gmail.com

The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
